Expand your training as a professional
The Hospital de la Sant Creu i Sant Pau, through Campus d’Aprenentatge (Learning Campus) and Sant Pau Docent, is committed to the internal and external training of professionals, accompanying them in the process of analysis, design, development, evaluation, and management of learning experiences that promote specialized and updating continuing education in their different modalities (face-to-face, semi-face or online).
Training aimed at professionals of the institution
It aims to establish a process of continuous learning and improvement aimed at updating and/or improving the competences of the workers, understood as the set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, directly related to excellent performance, and which are necessary to achieve the objectives of the Hospital and to give a quality response to the demands and needs of the users.
Internal training is planned through the Training Plan, considering the needs for updating and development of professionals that are part of the organization.
Training aimed at professionals from other institutions
It is carried out through Sant Pau Docent, an initiative of the Health Management Foundation of the Hospital de la Sant Creu i Sant Pau for the promotion of teaching activities in the field of Health Sciences and in the specialized training of researchers, technicians, health personnel and teachers. Through a collaboration agreement, the Private Foundation of the Research Institute supports economic management.
External training is planned from the healthcare teams, considering the needs for updating and development of professionals outside the organization.
