The Learning Campus or Campus d'Aprenentatge was created to be an integrated centre for all teaching and training at Hospital de Sant Pau.

A total of 1,696 students completed their Bachelor's, Master's or Postgraduate studies at Sant Pau. They all completed their internships at Sant Pau, in different units of the Hospital and at different periods.

• 53% of the total of the different qualifications was awarded within the initial 25%.
• And 20% within the initial 10%.
We are the centre in Catalonia with the highest number of places among the first 100 places in Medicine awarded in the whole of Spain: 2 in Cardiology, 1 in Dermatology and 1 in Neurology.
We have had 35 places awarded within the first quartile of their specialty (39%), 19 of them chosen within the first 10%: 1 for midwife, 2 for Hospital Pharmacy, 3 for Cardiology, 2 for Dermatology, 2 for Neurology, 2 for Plastic Surgery, 1 for Rheumatology, 2 for Otorhinolaryngology, 1 for Endocrinology and 3 for Anesthesiology.

Trend in training attendees-hours between 2018 and 2023
The number of attendees is growing while the number of hours provided is kept.
A total of 3.095 professionals (counted as single users) completed at least one training course within Sant Pau in 2023, which represents 68% of the workforce.
Nearly 80% of nursing and TCAI staff completed training in 2023. And more than 65% of non-health administrative staff too.
71% of night shift professionals completed at least one training course during 2023. Proportionately, more professionals on the afternoon and night shifts are trained than those on the morning or split or variable shifts. Most night shift professionals access the training online.
