The Endocrinology and Nutrition Service of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (SEiN-HSP) was inaugurated on 20th November 1953. Over the 62 years since it was founded, the structure and functioning of this Service has undergone profound transformations in line with the changes brought about through modernization in clinical practice, teaching and research.
