With 18 years of experience in managing people in public, semi-public, and private hospital settings, she has overseen labor relations and sectoral and company-specific collective bargaining agreements. Her expertise includes change management, organizational transformation, and culture. She has led departments focused on talent, development, training, compensation policies, and occupational risk prevention. Additionally, she has managed and monitored personnel expenses.

She holds degrees in Law and Psychology, an Executive Master's in Human Resources Management from EADA, a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management in the Health Sector from the Faculty of Psychology, and an Intermediate Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention from CISPRAXIS.

She has extensive professional experience. From 2016 to 2022, she served as Director of Organization and People at Quirón Salud, including roles at the University Hospital Sagrat Cora (SISCAT), the General University Hospital of Catalonia (private healthcare), and the Quirón Vallés Hospital (with its own agreement). She also worked, from 2010 to 2016, in the Territorial Human Resources Management at ICS GTMS, covering Bellvitge University Hospital, Viladecans Hospital, and 56 primary care teams. Additionally, she was an assistant to the Human Resources Management at the Maresme Health Consortium and the Public Use Hospital Network (XHUP) from 2003 to 2010.

In the academic field, she has been a collaborating professor for the Erasmus Mundus program, coordinating the Master's in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology. She served as the academic coordinator for the postgraduate program in Human Resources Management and Talent Development in Healthcare Organizations and was a member of the Scientific Committee at the 10th Innovation Conference, Catalan Health Institute.

She has also been a member of various committees and commissions, including the Scientific Committee on Innovation, the Teaching Commission, the Training Commission, Career Evaluation Commissions, selection panels for medical, healthcare, and management personnel, the Productivity Commission, the Health and Safety Committee, and the Oligopsony Group (national).
